Visio Nova Mundi CIC
The Community Interest Company develops public-benefit programmes, research and approved partnerships.
Visio Nova Mundi ecosystem
One shared vision. Distinct projects. Independent identities.
Tree of Life is the strategic ecosystem through which Visio Nova Mundi presents social programmes, research initiatives, creative ventures and founder-led innovations that contribute to a more inclusive and sustainable future.
How the structure works
These roles are connected by purpose, but they are not interchangeable.
The Community Interest Company develops public-benefit programmes, research and approved partnerships.
The ecosystem groups aligned projects and makes their relationship, status and boundaries visible.
Commercial or creative projects retain their own ownership, finances, intellectual property and responsibilities.
Tree of Life connects projects through shared values and objectives while preserving their different ownership, governance, funding and operational arrangements.
Tree of Life brings together CIC-led programmes and independent founder-led ventures under one shared vision, while each project retains its own legal, financial and operational identity.
Community programmes, reintegration pathways and accessible support models.
Responsible research and innovation exploring better outcomes across public services and community wellbeing.
Skills, learning and routes into meaningful participation and employment.
Independent creative ventures that use stories, symbols and interactive experiences.
Practical ideas that improve how people organise, carry out and sustain their work.
Future advisory work for organisations, communities and public institutions.
Projects delivered with external partners, founders or separate legal structures.
Each label explains how a project relates to the ecosystem. It does not necessarily indicate legal ownership.
Unity House is a CIC-led programme with a council-awarded six-session pilot in South Waltham Forest. The pilot is a bounded learning step toward a wider community-house and circular-economy model.
The funded pilot is not a permanent centre or full waste hub; any future expansion remains subject to evidence, partners, permissions and governance.
A discovery-stage social-innovation concept examining whether institutional material flows can be managed more circularly, while exploring responsible opportunities for reuse, skills development, training and rehabilitation.
Circular Justice is not a live platform or approved pilot. It has no prison or HMPPS partnership, no access to prisoner data, no funding approval and no claimed savings or outcomes.
Project Clandestinus is an independent creative and publishing venture featured within the Tree of Life ecosystem. It combines books, symbols, decoding challenges, interactive experiences and a wider creative world.
Project Clandestinus remains a separate commercial and creative IP venture. Its inclusion does not transfer ownership, finances, intellectual property, prize obligations, publishing activities or legal responsibilities to Visio Nova Mundi CIC. CIC grants or sponsorship do not automatically finance it.
TradeVault Painter Pro and WorkCraft are separate commercial workplace-innovation ventures focused on tools and practical professional workflows.
TradeVault Painter Pro and WorkCraft retain separate ownership, intellectual property, finance and future commercial options. CIC grants or sponsorship do not automatically finance them.
Visio Nova Mundi explores responsible uses of research and artificial intelligence in healthcare, justice, education, public services, community wellbeing and social innovation.
This work is not presented as a live AI platform or operational service unless separately evidenced.
Founder and Strategic Transformation Adviser Florin is developing a future advisory role supporting organisations, communities and public institutions through structured review, research and practical planning.
Future delivery may use Visio Nova Mundi CIC, a separate commercial company, a partnership or another appropriate structure. It does not claim governmental authority or completed city-scale assignments.
Projects will be classified before public listing. The review considers legal and intellectual-property ownership; the responsible operator; funding, contracts, risk and insurance; data-controller responsibility; prize or reward obligations; and whether the work is operational, under development or conceptual.
These concepts are not part of the current operating portfolio. They may be assessed against the same governance and evidence framework before any public launch.
A future Tree of Life candidate at concept stage. It is not an operational programme, service or platform, and has no public delivery, performance or data-processing claims.
References to projects within the Tree of Life ecosystem describe strategic alignment and shared purpose. They do not, by themselves, establish common ownership, agency, partnership, financial responsibility or legal liability between Visio Nova Mundi CIC and independently operated ventures.
